Organisational Design

  • We conduct workshops with C-level leadership to establish a shared and solid foundation of core objectives and guiding principles for coherent organisational design. Each workshop is preceded by thorough research into the organisation's current structure, wider context and challenges.


  • We assess the current organisational set-up, reviewing roles and responsibilities, decision authority, work processes, and critical capabilities and resources against strategic objectives. Our findings map gaps, overlaps, inefficiencies, opportunities for smarter ways of working, potential for AI integration, and risks of knowledge loss during redesign.

  • We run end-to-end programmes to adapt the organisational set-up in full alignment with strategic objectives. This includes the redesign of roles and decision authority, capability redevelopment, improved work processes and smart automation, and knowledge management to prevent the loss of essential expertise during redesign.
